Interactive House

Interactive House is the house we designed for a young couple with their two children in Thu Duc City. With the demands of Living-Working in the same architecture, the ground floor of the house is arranged as a private clinic, while the upper floors are the living spaces of the family. Aiming to encourage the interaction among family members, the split-level floors strategy was proposed, in order to eliminate the feeling of separation from floor to floor in the house. The public areas are interconnected to make the first floor as a big open space, where most of the family's activities can take place in the whole day. Using different levels for the floors is also a premise for us to propose an indoor playground, stimulating the interaction between family members and becoming the favorite learning plus playing area for children in their early exploring stage./.
